Mohammad Nazarian

CEO, Co-Founder

Mohammad Nazarian has more than 20 years of experience in offshore oil and gas exploration. He understands the need for modifying the operational aspect of the UAV, and contributes a first-hand experience with implementing UAV technology in exploration expeditions. Mr. Nazarian holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Tehran Polytechnic University and a Master of Geophysics from the Institute of Geophysics at Tehran University.

Elham Davoodi

Director of Business Development,
Co-Founder

Elham Davoodi is a seasoned electrical, control and instrumentation engineer with over twelve years of experience within oil and gas and petrochemical industries. She is experienced in design, construction and commissioning support, research and de-bottlenecking, providing technical solutions, business development, project management and also operations excellence and safety in design. Elham provides insight into the needs and requirements of geological, environmental, agriculture, oil and gas, petrochemical, mining and construction, maintenance service provider companies.

Shabnam Golyaei

Chief Operations Officer(COO),
Co-Founder

Shabnam Golyaei has 20 years of business leadership experience encompassing business start-up, operations, finance, and management. She holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the IAU, and subsequently completed a number of courses including low voltage systems design, elevators and escalators, electrical installations, electricity distribution systems design. Ms. Golyaei further undertook courses in industrial sales management, electrical installation and energy saving as well as building electricity.

Shabnam is in charge of COO of AGDH, and she undertakes sales and marketing as well.

Reza Fahimi

Chief Financial Officer (CFO),
Co-Founder

He has over 20 years of executive management, financial, and project management experience in telecom and IT industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Faculty of Management University of Tehran and Bachelor of Computer Engineering from IAU. Also he is Project Management Institute (PMP), Cisco Network Associate (CCNA), Juniper Network Specialist (JNCIS), Kepner Trego Service Management (KT), and Microsoft Professional certified.
Reza is in charge of CFO of AGDH, and as a secondary role and supportive function, he undertakes Project Director role to accelerate project and team setups.

Saeid Kamranifar

Safety and Compliance Director,
Co-Founder

Saeid Kamranifar is a professional Mechanical Engineer with more than seven years of experience encompassing technical management of manufacturing processes, safety management, energy management, and R&D management. He provides highly valuable insight into engineering and safety management. Mr. Kamranifar earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Heat and Fluids, from Birjand University in Iran. He also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Energy Conversion, from Science & Research Branch of Tehran University in Iran.
